Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all false lashes and related products purchased from Olash Ltd (“Olash”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via our website olash.uk (“Site”). By purchasing from Olash, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Your Legal Rights
1.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products for a full refund.
1.2. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if Products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2. Returns Eligibility
2.1. Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a standard refund.
2.2. For hygiene reasons, opened or used false lashes cannot be returned unless the Products are faulty or damaged.
2.3. Faulty or damaged Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
3. How to Return Products
3.1. To initiate a return, contact Olash at:

3.2. Include the following information in your email:
Order number
Reason for return
Photographic evidence if Products are damaged or faulty
3.3. Olash will provide instructions for returning the Products, including the return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless:
The Products are faulty or damaged; or
The wrong Products were delivered
4.2. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns. Olash is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once Olash has received and inspected the returned Products.
5.2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.
5.3. If your Products are faulty or incorrectly delivered, Olash may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
6.1. Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new purchase.
6.2. Contact Olash to arrange an exchange and follow the return instructions in Section 3.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
7.1. If your order is faulty or contains the wrong Products:
Contact Olash within 7 days of delivery
Provide photographic evidence if possible
7.2. Olash will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
