What are cluster lashes?

Cluster lashes are small groups of lash fibres designed to give you a customizable lash look. Unlike strip lashes, clusters allow you to build your own style, whether you want a natural everyday enhancement or a full glam effect.

Are Olash lashes reusable?

Yes! With proper care, Olash cluster lashes can be reused up to 5–10 times. After removal, gently clean off any adhesive and store them in their case to keep them in perfect condition.

Are Olash cluster lashes safe for my natural lashes?

Yes! When applied and removed properly, cluster lashes are completely safe. Always use our gentle lash remover to gently remove them without tugging.

How do I apply cluster lashes?

  1. Gently pick up a cluster with lash tweezers.

  2. Dip the lash band into a small amount of lash adhesive.

  3. Wait a few seconds until the glue becomes tacky.

  4. Place the cluster on top of (or under, for an extension-like look) your natural lashes, starting from the outer corner and working inward.

  5. Layer clusters until you achieve your desired fullness.

  6. Finally, seal the lashes.

Are Olash cluster lashes cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All Olash products are 100% cruelty-free and made with high-quality synthetic fibres.

Do I need to be an expert to apply cluster lashes?

Not at all! Cluster lashes are beginner-friendly. They’re easier to apply than individual extensions and give you more flexibility than strip lashes. With a little practice, you’ll master your own custom lash set in minutes.

How long do cluster lashes last once applied?

Olash cluster lashes can last up to 48 hours. They’re designed for short-term wear, not for weeks like salon extensions.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lash products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll resolve it quickly.
